...and they love the Hallel 22!
Susan, last week I offered bedside music at the inpatient hospice
where I volunteer. The patients all commented on the harp’s
lovely sound, the chaplain found it to be particularly beautiful,
and a volunteer working out in the hall stopped
because she thought someone was playing a harp CD, and was shocked to discover
that it was live music! One patient had not been very responsive, but as I
played she smiled slightly and lifted her arms into the air,
as if to conduct the music.
I also did a harp taste test with family members—playing several
of my small harps and lyres—and everyone’s favorite was the Hallel 22. (That
was a bit upsetting to me, considering how much money I’ve spent on other
instruments!) Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how very happy I am with
the harp!
Thank you and blessings,
