For the past year or so I've been saving for a special instrument—hoping
the Marinis would start making a larger Davidic. I've had the smaller
version for a couple of years now and have loved it so
much! I was hoping for extra notes so I could play more songs on
it though. Well, earlier this year the new, larger version of the
Davidic finally became a reality! I opted for the optional levers,
olive leaf trim on the front and had an amp jack added. What a wonderful
instrument! Not only is it a beautiful instrument but it sounds just
as sweet as the smaller version. Having the added notes gives me
extra harmony possibilities and the ability to come up with more
interesting arrangements. Being able to use the levers to play in
different keys, makes it possible to play along with different instruments
my friends play. It is absolutely worth the wait!
